Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rodion Yarovenko took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Tanek Kochniarczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 张洋瑜 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yarema Karamushka having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Roman Lubenets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes, FC Zugdidi's Marjan Borysenko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yarema Karamushka came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Zugdidi reached it. FC Zugdidi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rodion Yarovenko 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Yarema Karamushka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Kochniarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yarema Karamushka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tanek Kochniarczyk's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodion Yarovenko in the 17th minute of play forced FC Zugdidi's goalkeeper Marjan Rusol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Roman Lubenets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Roman Lubenets was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 22 minutes had been played. Roman Lubenets kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After having played for 27 minutes, 张洋瑜 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Zugdidi's supporters crossed their fingers, but 张洋瑜 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 30 played minutes Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Yevgen Povalchuk. In the 30th minute Tanek Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yarema Karamushka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 张洋瑜 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sunrise's Yarema Karamushka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Kochniarczyk in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Sunrise's goal looked a bit too open when Tanek Kochniarczyk came free, but Yarema Karamushka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tanek Kochniarczyk made a kick off. In the 51st minute, 张洋瑜 made a precise shot to the right of Yarema Karamushka. Sunrise's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Yarema Karamushka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Kochniarczyk in the 56th minute of the match. If 张洋瑜 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yuriy Smalko hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 65th play minute 张洋瑜 came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Yarema Karamushka. 1-2. If 张洋瑜 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When 张洋瑜 came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the FC Zugdidi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 张洋瑜 couldn't finish the play. Tanek Kochniarczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sunrise's Yevgen Povalchuk got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Tanek Kochniarczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yarema Karamushka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanek Kochniarczyk in the 88th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Zugdidi's Yarema Karamushka threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tanek Kochniarczyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 94 minutes into the match, Sunrise's goalkeeper Yarema Karamushka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 张洋瑜. When the match was over FC Zugdidi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sunrise throughout the match.
