Spectators: 6747 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 0) Kirovsjk Dynamo's Artur Shpak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Marjan Lyubar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yevgen Odolskyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yevgen Odolskyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marjan Lyubar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vsevolod Khymchenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Shpak in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marjan Lyubar in the 21st minute of play forced Kirovsjk Dynamo's goalkeeper Yevgen Odolskyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gavrylo Kasyan fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kirovsjk Dynamo's protests and gave Gavrylo Kasyan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, Kirovsjk Dynamo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavrylo Kasyan to maneuver through the defense. After 24 played minutes, Niochenez's Yuriy Grytsuk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yevgen Odolskyi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Niochenez reached it. Kirovsjk Dynamo's Yevgen Odolskyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marjan Lyubar in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Shpak in the 27th minute of play forced Niochenez's goalkeeper Vsevolod Khymchenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostyantyn Kutsyaba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Vsevolod Khymchenko made a huge save. 30 minutes into the game, Fedir Stafiychuk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kirovsjk Dynamo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niochenez the free kick. The supporters of Niochenez booed when Kirovsjk Dynamo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedir Stafiychuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kostyantyn Kutsyaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Vsevolod Khymchenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Artur Shpak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd match minute, Kirovsjk Dynamo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Shpak to maneuver through the defense. When Gavrylo Kasyan came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Kirovsjk Dynamo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavrylo Kasyan couldn't finish the play.

Kostyantyn Kutsyaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vsevolod Khymchenko having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostyantyn Kutsyaba in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vsevolod Khymchenko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Shpak in the 55th minute of play forced Niochenez's goalkeeper Vsevolod Khymchenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marjan Lyubar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yevgen Odolskyi having to interfere. During the 70th minute of the match Gavrylo Kasyan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gavrylo Kasyan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 70 played minutes Kirovsjk Dynamo got a freekick which was hit by Gavrylo Kasyan. After recieving a nice pass, Niochenez's Yuriy Grytsuk tried to score from far away in the 71st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Volodymyr Morozyuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Volodymyr Morozyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yevgen Odolskyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marjan Lyubar in the 82nd minute of the match. Niochenez's Vsevolod Khymchenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostyantyn Kutsyaba in the 83rd minute of play. Kostyantyn Kutsyaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
