After a defensive mix-up in Humativ FC's zone, Anton Krutyvus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavlo Kobzar came out of the goal and Anton Krutyvus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Humativ FC's Myroslav Kardash got a free kick in the 20th minute. Mykhaylo Odyntsov kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Grygoriy Nazarchuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonid Shybko in the 24th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Grygoriy Nazarchuk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 27 minutes, Artem Ulitych managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kishenia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artem Ulitych was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grygoriy Nazarchuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonid Shybko in the 32nd minute of play. Ostap Sirko kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Artem Ulitych shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlo Kobzar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grygoriy Nazarchuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonid Shybko in the 39th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Kishenia got a freekick which was hit by Ostap Sirko. A hard shot by Yuriy Chygrynskyi from long distance, 49 minutes into the match, got Grygoriy Nazarchuk's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artem Ulitych to make the kick off.
