Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tim Granerud got the match started through his kick off. Lyubomyr Blokhin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Granerud, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Kremenec's Zakhar Balanchuk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lyubomyr Blokhin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute Tim Granerud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyubomyr Blokhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Oleg Shershun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tscherwonosawodske's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kremenec the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Granerud in the 17th minute of play forced Tscherwonosawodske's goalkeeper Lyubomyr Blokhin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Tim Granerud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lyubomyr Blokhin. Tscherwonosawodske's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tim Granerud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Kremenec's Zakhar Balanchuk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lyubomyr Blokhin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Zakhar Balanchuk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lyubomyr Blokhin having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Granerud in the 35th minute of play forced Tscherwonosawodske's goalkeeper Lyubomyr Blokhin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes Tscherwonosawodske's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Danylo Gay who took care of the corner kick. Danylo Gay made a great header on Kremenec's corner, it was just that Tscherwonosawodske's Lyubomyr Blokhin managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 41st minute Zakhar Balanchuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyubomyr Blokhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Kremenec's Danylo Gay to fire away a dangerous shot which Lyubomyr Blokhin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 45 played minutes Kremenec got a freekick which was hit by Tim Granerud. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tykhon Levchenko in the 47th minute of play forced Kremenec's goalkeeper Randolf Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tykhon Levchenko was the one to do the kick off. Tykhon Levchenko struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Randolf Berger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tscherwonosawodske. Tykhon Levchenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tscherwonosawodske booed when Kremenec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermanno Mancini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lyubomyr Blokhin made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Tim Granerud sent off a good shot on target. Lyubomyr Blokhin came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Kremenec's Iratxo Pascual. But to his dismay, Iratxo Pascual quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Tim Granerud scored 0-4 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lyubomyr Blokhin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Tim Granerud took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Lyubomyr Blokhin to make any attempt to save it. In the 85th minute, Mykhaylo Davydenko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tscherwonosawodske's zone, Mykhaylo Davydenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lyubomyr Blokhin came out of the goal and Mykhaylo Davydenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mykhaylo Davydenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mykhaylo Davydenko was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Kremenec's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
