With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tykhon Predchuk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the last second Tykhon Predchuk throw himself and got hold of the ball when Czeslaw Kaszubik in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 21st match minute, Nova Odessa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriy Ilyuk to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 22 minutes, Teo Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GREMIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 27 minutes, Czeslaw Kaszubik made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Nova Odessa's Tykhon Predchuk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Basilio Ermano notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Nova Odessa's Tykhon Predchuk. Tykhon Predchuk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mykhaylo Slavik hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The GREMIO fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when GREMIO's Czeslaw Kaszubik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-1 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Nova Odessa defense, Czeslaw Kaszubik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tykhon Predchuk. The Nova Odessa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tykhon Predchuk should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes into the game, GREMIO's Czeslaw Kaszubik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tykhon Predchuk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. The GREMIO fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when GREMIO's Czeslaw Kaszubik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Myroslav Chornyj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kyrylo Dobryanskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Czeslaw Kaszubik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nova Odessa's Tykhon Predchuk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basilio Ermano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tykhon Predchuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Kaszubik in the 96th minute of the match.
