After having played for 9 minutes, Nazmi Ünsevin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kücükyali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nazmi Ünsevin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İlyas Tolga Sümer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Remzi Taşan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kücükyali's Kutalp Torkal got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute of the match Cahit Sezginay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remzi Taşan skillfully saved the ball. Gürel Pozan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. club Ondokuz's Gürel Pozan got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nazmi Ünsevin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, club Ondokuz's Esat Ayık got control of the ball when Nazmi Ünsevin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, İlyas Tolga Sümer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remzi Taşan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 38th match minute, Kücükyali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peker Nusret to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gürel Pozan in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Remzi Taşan saved Kücükyali from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Remzi Taşan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlyas Tolga Sümer's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute Kutalp Torkal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esat Ayık saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esat Ayık showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nazmi Ünsevin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, İlyas Tolga Sümer fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Remzi Taşan made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Gürel Pozan sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Gökberk Sirer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Cahit Sezginay in the 76th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Remzi Taşan's left hand side. Nazmi Ünsevin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Esat Ayık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esat Ayık didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nazmi Ünsevin went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The club Ondokuz players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
