Vladko Bratinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afşin Erüstün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kutluay Taşcıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Afşin Erüstün hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zekeriya Peker scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 李雄西, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Münir Bekir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 李雄西 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Indalecio Ribas's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Afşin Erüstün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladko Bratinov having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded tiregucu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Deadly Touch.
