After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Durmuş Erol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orkun Zabit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, Altunhisar's goal looked a bit too open when İzzettin Öner came free, but Orkun Zabit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Kokumsuz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durmuş Erol to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by İzzettin Öner in the 17th minute of play forced Altunhisar's goalkeeper Orkun Zabit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tümer Dursunali got free with Orkun Zabit in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hacı Ali Topdemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuncay Pekol, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 35th minute, Vahap Türeli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Kokumsuz's Erdoğan Yeten tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Selami Özil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Halit Fahri Bozbey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Altunhisar's goal looked a bit too open when İzzettin Öner came free, but Orkun Zabit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İzzettin Öner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orkun Zabit having to interfere. İzzettin Öner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orkun Zabit having to make a save. Tümer Dursunali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Kokumsuz's goalkeeper Hacı Ali Topdemir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tuncay Pekol. Tümer Dursunali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Orkun Zabit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hacı Ali Topdemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selami Özil, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
