The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes OquzhanKC got a freekick which was hit by Fazıl Hüsnü Velican. Simav FK's Güneş Akdoğ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolgahan Okutman in the 7th minute of play. Ali Vedat Çiftçibaşı who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Güneş Akdoğ when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Necip Kaveloğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedai Kulan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Vedat Çiftçibaşı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolgahan Okutman in the 14th minute of play forced Simav FK's goalkeeper Güneş Akdoğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Güneş Akdoğ was a little too slow when Tolgahan Okutman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Kerim Yalavaç came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Simav FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kerim Yalavaç couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolgahan Okutman in the 27th minute of play forced Simav FK's goalkeeper Güneş Akdoğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Necip Kaveloğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kerim Yalavaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute Resul Akbel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necip Kaveloğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nizam Pektay hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Ali Vedat Çiftçibaşı recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Güneş Akdoğ. Ali Vedat Çiftçibaşı showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When Ali Vedat Çiftçibaşı came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the OquzhanKC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Vedat Çiftçibaşı couldn't finish the play. OquzhanKC's Necip Kaveloğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerim Yalavaç in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Resul Akbel was the one to do the kick off. If Kerim Yalavaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Ali Vedat Çiftçibaşı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güneş Akdoğ was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Kerim Yalavaç scored 2-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Necip Kaveloğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 68 minutes Simav FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eren Seylab who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Eren Seylab almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Simav FK's Güneş Akdoğ did a great save. Necip Kaveloğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Resul Akbel in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eren Seylab during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eren Seylab kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. OquzhanKC's Necip Kaveloğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save OquzhanKC from getting a goal against them. Necip Kaveloğlu made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Kerim Yalavaç sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to OquzhanKC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Mustafa Anıl Ushan hit a great ball. Resul Akbel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Resul Akbel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necip Kaveloğlu having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, Resul Akbel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simav FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Resul Akbel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Resul Akbel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simav FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Resul Akbel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Necip Kaveloğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Resul Akbel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The OquzhanKC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
