With his leg Zaid Diclehan managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Ahirkapi's Vacib Özender fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 15 minutes into the match, Rapid Jabbaros's goalkeeper Zaid Diclehan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vacib Özender. Zaid Diclehan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cuma Tercan's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vacib Özender got free with Zaid Diclehan in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Cuma Tercan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rdth minute of the game Cuma Tercan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rapid Jabbaros's Zaid Diclehan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vacib Özender's late challenge caught a Rapid Jabbaros's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vacib Özender helped the player get up and apologised. Vacib Özender kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Cuma Tercan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Zaid Diclehan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zaid Diclehan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vacib Özender in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thanos Paralikas in the 38th minute of play forced Ahirkapi's goalkeeper İlmi Güleryüz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ahirkapi getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Hazım Ulusan hit a great ball.

If Cuma Tercan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Vacib Özender struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Zaid Diclehan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ahirkapi. After 76 played minutes Rapid Jabbaros got a freekick which was hit by Varol Şahiner. When Arif Memduh Kutlutekin fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rapid Jabbaros's protests and gave Arif Memduh Kutlutekin a yellow card for diving instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
