Emran Urgun was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Furkan Pehlivan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emran Urgun having to make a save. Bilal Çeliktaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bilal Çeliktaş's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Emran Urgun skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Alphan Oylum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilal Çeliktaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Emran Urgun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Mustafa Hakan Yazır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Bilal Çeliktaş managed to get in a good position for a shot. TORTUM UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Bilal Çeliktaş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emran Urgun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alphan Oylum kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, TORTUM UNITED's Alphan Oylum ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emran Urgun. Emran Urgun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 40th minute, Furkan Pehlivan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palermo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genco Yasun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aral Cerme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saip Candeğer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bilal Çeliktaş made a kick off. If Furkan Pehlivan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Palermo's Ahmet Vefik Atlas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aral Cerme. That made the score 2-1 after 59 minutes of play. Saip Candeğer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aral Cerme came out and tried to block the shot, but Saip Candeğer slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 62nd minute. After 68 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Hakan Yazır. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Bilal Çeliktaş managed to get in a good position for a shot. TORTUM UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Bilal Çeliktaş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emran Urgun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Palermo's zone, Furkan Pehlivan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emran Urgun came out of the goal and Furkan Pehlivan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, Bilal Çeliktaş made a precise shot to the right of Emran Urgun. Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. TORTUM UNITED's Alphan Oylum got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When TORTUM UNITED's Bilal Çeliktaş in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a left leg Emran Urgun saved Palermo from getting behind. Aral Cerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saip Candeğer in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, TORTUM UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Saip Candeğer came free, but Aral Cerme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 99th minute of the match Palermo got a corner. TORTUM UNITED's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Genco Yasun ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the referee ended the match the TORTUM UNITED players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
