The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Akcadag:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tarabya SK:s goal. 13 minutes into the match, Tarabya SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Ergünay came free, but Ozan Bedel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akcadag's Ali Hamza Balabey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Akcadag from getting a goal against them. Ozan Bedel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keramettin Uğuş in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Mustafa Ergünay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ozan Bedel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 25 played minutes Tarabya SK got a freekick which was hit by Çağatay Tuğ. Arif Tüzeman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ozan Bedel. Tarabya SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Keramettin Uğuş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Metehan Dalayer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ali Hamza Balabey made a huge save. Mustafa Ergünay's late challenge caught a Tarabya SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Ergünay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Akcadag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Ergünay to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Pekin Bayezit fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ali Hamza Balabey, passed just outside the right post. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Keramettin Uğuş stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mustafa Ergünay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ozan Bedel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Akcadag got a freekick which was hit by Egemen Tanın. Ali Hamza Balabey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pekin Bayezit, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Tarabya SK getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Müfit Aynacıoğlu hit a great ball. Ali Hamza Balabey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pekin Bayezit's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Ozan Bedel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Keramettin Uğuş in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metehan Dalayer in the 77th minute of play forced Akcadag's goalkeeper Ali Hamza Balabey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Metehan Dalayer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Hamza Balabey having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cevher Kadıoğlu during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Muzaffer Kutel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ozan Bedel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Keramettin Uğuş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ozan Bedel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Keramettin Uğuş in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ozan Bedel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ali Hamza Balabey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metehan Dalayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Akcadag walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
