The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Ahmet Orhan Öztekin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Faik Refik, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Sinop's Faik Refik got control of the ball when Mei Tian Ting tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of POLATLISPOR booed when Sinop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıfat Şemsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dündar Ağcabey to strike the kick off in the second half. Faik Refik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mei Tian Ting's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Faik Refik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot by Cemil Sökmensu from long distance, 90 minutes into the match, got Ahmet Kadri Ankara's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Faik Refik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mei Tian Ting's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Nurettin Yazgı succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. There was no doubt that POLATLISPOR were the better team. POLATLISPOR's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
