Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bursa SK's Erol Bostancı started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Berkan Serhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ufuk Keçili having to interfere. When Batu Yasun fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bursa SK's protests and gave Batu Yasun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Yomra JK booed when Bursa SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batu Yasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yomra JK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Feridun Ülküm in the 14th minute. A nice corner shot did that Feridun Ülküm got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ufuk Keçili quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Erol Bostancı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Taci Akbatu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Batuğ Ziverbey kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Yomra JK's goalkeeper Taci Akbatu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Bursa SK's Ali Güralp İhtişam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Taci Akbatu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 39 played minutes Bursa SK got a freekick which was hit by Cihat Temel. After a defensive mix-up in Yomra JK's zone, Ali Güralp İhtişam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Berkan Serhan to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Yomra JK's Batuğ Ziverbey got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Cihat Temel might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Taci Akbatu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cihat Temel ran back to his position shaking his head. If Berkan Serhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göktan Rahmet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Ufuk Keçili when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mustafa Necati Taygun's late challenge caught a Yomra JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Necati Taygun kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Yomra JK's goal looked a bit too open when Erol Bostancı came free, but Taci Akbatu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taci Akbatu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sungur Batıkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Berkan Serhan came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Yomra JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berkan Serhan couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göktan Rahmet got free with Ufuk Keçili in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 98th match minute, Yomra JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berkan Serhan to maneuver through the defense. Taci Akbatu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erol Bostancı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yomra JK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
