The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Selçuk Oral during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot by Sezgin Cevan from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Emirşah Toker's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Orhan Seyfi Şahabeddin came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emirşah Toker could save by the left post. If Fedai Kahya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Torul's Fedai Kahya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Ali Kutsalmis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fedai Kahya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ali Kutsalmis having to interfere. Arif Egemen Özgiray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ali Kutsalmis having to interfere. Fedai Kahya struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Ahmet Ali Kutsalmis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torul. In the 37th minute, Fedai Kahya made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Ali Kutsalmis. Kızılhüyük FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 40th minute, Hayrettin Yatuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Torul's Pekin Kıralp seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Pekin Kıralp the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Torul protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pekin Kıralp had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Torul fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! 1-2 came through a penalty shot after 47 played minutes, when Kızılhüyük FK:s Sezgin Cevan calmly waited for Torul:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 71st minute, Tan Muren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Kızılhüyük FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Ali Kutsalmis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fedai Kahya. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
