Siirt SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alparslan Tamkut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Siirt SK's zone, Kadir Emir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sungurhan Özinan came out of the goal and Kadir Emir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Atanasije Petronijević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kadir Emir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siirt SK's Behiç Tacir got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Siirt SK's Sungurhan Özinan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atanasije Petronijević in the 22nd minute of play. Atilla Bekdil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alparslan Tamkut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilla Bekdil made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Melik Ümran sent off a good shot on target. When Arif Gaffar Uram fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bucaspor's protests and gave Arif Gaffar Uram a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Siirt SK booed when Bucaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Gaffar Uram didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Melik Ümran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Atanasije Petronijević made a precise shot to the right of Sungurhan Özinan. Siirt SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Atanasije Petronijević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alparslan Tamkut to strike the kick off in the second half. Hacı Selman's late challenge caught a Siirt SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hacı Selman helped the player get up and apologised. Hacı Selman kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Bucaspor's Atilla Bekdil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alparslan Tamkut in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Alparslan Tamkut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Siirt SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.
