In the 2nd match minute, Kaynarca SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alptuğ Şahit to maneuver through the defense. Kaynarca SK's Arcan Tekgül played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Emir Ağın in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Galip Bilge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kutay Köker in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Kemal Özbilek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aktaç Oğurata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcan Tekgül having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Kaynarca SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Emir Ağın came free, but Arcan Tekgül reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kutay Köker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Kemal Özbilek having to interfere. When Kutay Köker came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Kaynarca SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kutay Köker couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Hopaspor's Ediz Peyam seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ediz Peyam the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hopaspor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ediz Peyam had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Hopaspor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kaynarca SK:s goal. In the 34th minute, Kaynarca SK got a penalty, and Çakır Seyidhan placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 45th play minute Bahadırhan Özdinç came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mustafa Kemal Özbilek. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kutay Köker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Aktaç Oğurata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Kaynarca SK's Kutay Köker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Kemal Özbilek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Kutay Köker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mustafa Kemal Özbilek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bahadırhan Özdinç in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hopaspor's Ahmet Yahya Kınay got a free kick in the 75th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Aktaç Oğurata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Arcan Tekgül was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Bahadırhan Özdinç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şükrü Bican kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Bahadırhan Özdinç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Kemal Özbilek having to interfere.
