In the 3rd minute of the match Alparslan Sabi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Seyhan Durusoy skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Oğuz Masuk in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anıl Berk Erdemli saved Erdemli from getting behind. In the 16th minute, Erdemli's Lefter Vahit dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Gökçen Üstüner hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 27 minutes of play, Gömec's Mustafa Oğuz Masuk made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anıl Berk Erdemli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gömec's Hasan Ali Ekinci managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zühtü Nedret in the 30 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Oğuz Masuk in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anıl Berk Erdemli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mustafa Oğuz Masuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Berk Erdemli having to interfere. Mustafa Oğuz Masuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gömec's Mustafa Oğuz Masuk in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Erdemli's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Oğuz Masuk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Erdemli's zone, Mustafa Oğuz Masuk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anıl Berk Erdemli came out of the goal and Mustafa Oğuz Masuk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Muhsin Sanal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th match minute, Gömec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa İzzet Cevizci to maneuver through the defense. Lefter Vahit scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Seyhan Durusoy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ersin Tolga hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Atahan Kayrabay kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Alparslan Sabi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anıl Berk Erdemli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Numan Temizcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seyhan Durusoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arcan Vasfi in the 87th minute of the match. Gömec's Hasan Ali Ekinci shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 90th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anıl Berk Erdemli but with some difficulty. Numan Temizcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Berk Erdemli having to interfere. Many of Gömec's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Gömec may have spent more time on the ball, but Erdemli were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
