Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erdem Ceviz started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdem Ceviz in the 6th minute of play forced Alacam's goalkeeper Can İlican to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cem Teber charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cem Teber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Nusrettin Uruç sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alacam's Can İlican didn't even have to move. After 23 played minutes Alacam got a freekick which was hit by Vecdi Sair. When Vecdi Sair came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Alacam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vecdi Sair couldn't finish the play. After 33rd play minutes Baturalp Arpacı shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Vefa Tengizalp and just under the crossbar into goal. Vecdi Sair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Gümüssuyu SK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Numan Erkılınç hit a great ball. Alacam's Baturalp Arpacı got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Baturalp Arpacı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alacam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baturalp Arpacı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Lütfü Çakıroğlu fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alacam's protests and gave Lütfü Çakıroğlu a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Alacam got a freekick which was hit by Lütfü Çakıroğlu.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baturalp Arpacı made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Necmettin Orsan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gümüssuyu SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alacam the free kick. A collision led to Gümüssuyu SK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Necmettin Orsan hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Gümüssuyu SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cem Teber fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Vecdi Sair made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 60thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Vefa Tengizalp would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 67 minutes into the match, Alacam's Vecdi Sair sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vefa Tengizalp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Baturalp Arpacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Vefa Tengizalp managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Alacam's Baturalp Arpacı fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Baturalp Arpacı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vefa Tengizalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Vecdi Sair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vefa Tengizalp having to interfere. Vefa Tengizalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baturalp Arpacı's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Erdem Ceviz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Can İlican tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vecdi Sair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Mustafa Ekrem Özinan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baturalp Arpacı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Vefa Tengizalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Vecdi Sair got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Alacam could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gümüssuyu SK throughout the match.
