An unexpectedly hard shot by Reis Aktar in the 24th minute of play forced Cagaloglu JK's goalkeeper Mikail Korhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Cagaloglu JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abuzer Alan to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Stigsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Cagaloglu JK's Gürsel Korur got a free kick in the 30th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Reis Aktar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Samuel Stigsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilgaz Niğdeli kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Acar Akçakoca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cagaloglu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Acar Akçakoca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute Ömer Akgün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yavuz Aldemir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Samuel Stigsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reis Aktar was the one to do the kick off. If Abuzer Alan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee showed Reis Aktar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cekerek FK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Reis Aktar hit a great ball. After 60 played minutes Cekerek FK got a freekick which was hit by Reis Aktar. Reis Aktar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikail Korhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reis Aktar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cekerek FK's Reis Aktar got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Cagaloglu JK's goal looked a bit too open when Reis Aktar came free, but Mikail Korhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cagaloglu JK's Acar Akçakoca got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Cekerek FK's Reis Aktar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mikail Korhan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abuzer Alan kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cekerek FK fully deserved thier win.
