Ferid Çelebi kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 played minutes Hizan got a freekick which was hit by Şahin Berin. Hakkı Devrim Ekabir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Cuma Danış tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batu Yaygır in the 8th minute of play forced Hizan's goalkeeper Cuma Danış to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göksel Beybolat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Burhan Demirhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cuma Danış having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Volkan Şen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Şatifatispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Volkan Şen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cuma Danış breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Hizan's Şahin Berin got a free kick in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Ferid Çelebi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Şatifatispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferid Çelebi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cuma Danış breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Volkan Şen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Edip Gerdaneri hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Göksel Beybolat, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Burhan Demirhan scored 1-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cuma Danış, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Şahin Berin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Volkan Şen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cuma Danış having to make a save. After 41 played minutes Şatifatispor got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Edip Gerdaneri. Hizan's Şahap Yağın couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Şatifatispor. 44 minutes into the game, Hizan's Köksal Cansoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yaser Koral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Batu Yaygır to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Batu Yaygır managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Şatifatispor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batu Yaygır was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Coşkun Bozkaya hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Şatifatispor's Volkan Şen got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hizan! Cuma Danış had in the 66thth minute some difficulties stopping Burhan Demirhan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cuma Danış showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burhan Demirhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Burhan Demirhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cuma Danış tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferid Çelebi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cuma Danış read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Şahap Yağın was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hizan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Şatifatispor the free kick. 75 minutes into the match, Burhan Demirhan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cuma Danış. Hizan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Burhan Demirhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hizan's goalkeeper Cuma Danış, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Burhan Demirhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cuma Danış stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Burhan Demirhan's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Volkan Şen in the 81st minute of play forced Hizan's goalkeeper Cuma Danış to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sertaç Akay hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Burhan Demirhan in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cuma Danış prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute Burhan Demirhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cuma Danış saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şatifatispor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Burhan Demirhan in the 89th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Volkan Şen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Burhan Demirhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sertaç Akay's late challenge caught a Şatifatispor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sertaç Akay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 98th match minute, Hizan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sertaç Akay to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Şatifatispor had played much better football throughout.
