The Yahyali fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 10th minute, Rıza Turabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aybek Sezai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kaptan Ulucan in the 20th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Yahyali's Kaptan Ulucan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aybek Sezai. That made the score 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. Aybek Sezai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Çağrı Erseç, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Kaptan Ulucan struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Aybek Sezai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yahyali. When Ahmet Çağrı Erseç came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Yahyali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Çağrı Erseç couldn't finish the play. Kaptan Ulucan in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aybek Sezai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Ziya Onur İlkay fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Çayiçi FC's protests and gave Ziya Onur İlkay a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Çayiçi FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ziya Onur İlkay hit a great ball. Ahmet Çağrı Erseç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Aybek Sezai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Çağrı Erseç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybek Sezai having to interfere. Ahmet Çağrı Erseç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aybek Sezai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Emre Ünver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ziya Onur İlkay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Kuddusî Beykan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ziya Onur İlkay was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Ziya Onur İlkay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Çayiçi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ziya Onur İlkay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Emre Ünver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Ahmet Çağrı Erseç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Ahmet Çağrı Erseç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aybek Sezai. Çayiçi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Çağrı Erseç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Ziya Onur İlkay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ziya Onur İlkay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kuddusî Beykan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, Çayiçi FC's Ziya Onur İlkay made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kuddusî Beykan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Çayiçi FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
