This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Muharrem Polathan as he didn't even see the shot coming. A hard shot 21 in the game by İsmail Hakkı Özkaya from a close distance when the talented Muharrem Polathan managed to make a qualified save. Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's players were relieved. In the 22nd minute Şener Nazil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muharrem Polathan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Özen Hicran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's Muharrem Polathan got control of the ball when İsmail Hakkı Özkaya tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şener Nazil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Muharrem Polathan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Hakkı Berksu made a kick off. Muharrem Polathan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şener Nazil in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Gazi Osman Paşa Sk defense, İsmail Hakkı Özkaya kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Muharrem Polathan. The Gazi Osman Paşa Sk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Muharrem Polathan should have stopped the shot. When Ahmet Hayri Çaykara fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's protests and gave Ahmet Hayri Çaykara a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Ahmet Hayri Çaykara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Cubuklu JK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Yenal Timurcan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cubuklu JK's zone, Nurtekin Akkanoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cumali İlkcan came out of the goal and Nurtekin Akkanoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İsmail Hakkı Özkaya struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Muharrem Polathan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cubuklu JK. The Cubuklu JK fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Cubuklu JK's İsmail Hakkı Özkaya looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Cubuklu JK's Şener Nazil in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's goalie prevented a goal. Cubuklu JK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
