Günay Geçer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Kutluay Dertsiz made a huge save. Kutluay Dertsiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Günay Geçer in the 45th minute. After 46 played minutes Salar Belediyespor got a freekick which was hit by Ali Cafer Kebir. A hard shot by Sarp Kökten from long distance, 49 minutes into the match, got Kutluay Dertsiz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

But to his dismay, Ufuk İmam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 63rd minute Erdoğan Turabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutluay Dertsiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Günay Geçer in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kutluay Dertsiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ꧁AYYILDIZ꧂'s Günay Geçer got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ufuk İmam in the 71st minute of play forced Salar Belediyespor's goalkeeper Kutluay Dertsiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Elias de Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salar Belediyespor's protests and gave Elias de Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. Salar Belediyespor's Kutluay Dertsiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erdoğan Turabi in the 91st minute of play. Ali Cafer Kebir got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Salar Belediyespor's Ali Cafer Kebir got a free kick in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdoğan Turabi in the 95th minute of play forced Salar Belediyespor's goalkeeper Kutluay Dertsiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
