In the 6th minute, Selahaddin Tuğsavaş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Altintas SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Çağlar Topçam helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tatar JK booed when Altintas SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağlar Topçam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yusuf Akyıldız in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Üzeyir Işın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the match, Tatar JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Bedri Günaydın came free, but Acar Bilkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Bedri Günaydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Acar Bilkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kubat Yalkı fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tatar JK's protests and gave Kubat Yalkı a yellow card for diving instead. Ahmet Bedri Günaydın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Altintas SK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yusuf Akyıldız stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Altintas SK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Bora Sayfi hit a great ball. In the 56th match minute, Altintas SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bora Sayfi to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute of the match Duman Tokuşhan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Üzeyir Işın skillfully saved the ball. Acar Bilkan made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Selahaddin Tuğsavaş sent off a good shot on target. Kubilay Taşcıoğlu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Tatar JK's goalkeeper Acar Bilkan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Selahaddin Tuğsavaş. Halit Fahri Riva, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 84th match minute, Tatar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ünsal Kamil to maneuver through the defense. Altintas SK were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Tatar JK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Halit Fahri Riva took the corner. Altintas SK's Faruk Sancaktar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Acar Bilkan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alkın Şahruh's late challenge caught a Tatar JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alkın Şahruh helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Altintas SK's Alkın Şahruh got a free kick in the 89th minute. Altintas SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
