Yalçın Taymaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İbrahim Efe Cezar in the 15th minute of play. Yalçın Taymaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesur Tamerkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İbrahim Efe Cezar in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yalçın Taymaz saved Kelkit from getting behind. Oğuzhan Türemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Yalçın Taymaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Kelkit got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Şefik Gence. In the 35th minute, Serdar Evvah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Berkay Akar came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Perma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berkay Akar couldn't finish the play. Yalçın Taymaz made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Oğuzhan Türemen sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Kelkit booed when Perma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Gaffar Orhon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th match minute, Perma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yüksel Okkan to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oğuzhan Türemen to make the kick off. Gökhun Yöntem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Ali Nejat Kayaalp made a huge save. Oğuzhan Türemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baransel Tokuz hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Perma's Oğuzhan Türemen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yalçın Taymaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Oğuzhan Türemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Nejat Kayaalp made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Gökhun Yöntem sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Oğuzhan Türemen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yalçın Taymaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 79th minute, Kelkit's Baransel Tokuz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ali Nejat Kayaalp. Ali Nejat Kayaalp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. 84 minutes into the match, Perma's goal looked a bit too open when Baransel Tokuz came free, but Ali Nejat Kayaalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Nejat Kayaalp was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Arman Ilıcak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arman Ilıcak really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Cesur Tamerkin scored 4-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yalçın Taymaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
