Gökay Vecih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolgahan Şahin having to interfere. Ahmet Ceyhan Ziya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayrettin Bayramoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Gökay Vecih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolgahan Şahin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Hayrettin Bayramoğlu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ahmet Ceyhan Ziya. Ahmet Harun Sabeddin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Harun Sabeddin got free with Ahmet Ceyhan Ziya in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet Ceyhan Ziya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayrettin Bayramoğlu in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Serik's zone, Ahmet Harun Sabeddin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After a rather tough play, Baliseyh's Mustafa Arif Aktaşlıoğlu got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 76 minutes of play, Serik's Gökay Vecih made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolgahan Şahin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ahmet Harun Sabeddin came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ahmet Ceyhan Ziya could save by the left post. If Gökay Vecih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute, Baliseyh's Kılıçhan Aktaşlı seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kılıçhan Aktaşlı the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Baliseyh protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kılıçhan Aktaşlı had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 91 minutes into the game, one of Baliseyh:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Serik. Ekrem Emrettin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tolgahan Şahin. 2-1. If Soner Sait had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serik's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
