Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İlyas Cenap started the match with the kick off. Berkem Salman kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. İlyas Cenap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Istanbul FK's İlyas Cenap in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yaylagücü's goalie prevented a goal. Ali Haydar Tezkan was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Alp Özker capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alp Özker really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Yavuz Ongut kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ali Haydar Tezkan. That made the score 4-0 in the 23 minute of play. Istanbul FK's Mustafa Yaşar Saip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aybars Ozanalp in the 26th minute of play. Ali Haydar Tezkan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Güvenç Selim's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. When Saip Tokyüz got free in front of the goal in the 30th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mustafa Yaşar Saip was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Yavuz Ongut charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yavuz Ongut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Gürel Özçin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yaylagücü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 37th minute, Istanbul FK's İlyas Cenap ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ali Haydar Tezkan. Ali Haydar Tezkan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. Yaylagücü's Ali Haydar Tezkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Yaylagücü from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Yaylagücü's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuz Ongut came free, but Ali Haydar Tezkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Haydar Tezkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İlyas Cenap, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. If Güvenç Selim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aybars Ozanalp made the kick off in the second half. Yavuz Ongut might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Haydar Tezkan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yavuz Ongut ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aybars Ozanalp during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes Yaylagücü got a freekick which was hit by Aybars Ozanalp. The audience was convinced that İlyas Cenap's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Haydar Tezkan was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. After 63 minutes of play, Istanbul FK's İlyas Cenap made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Haydar Tezkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Yaylagücü's goal looked a bit too open when İlyas Cenap came free, but Ali Haydar Tezkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Yaylagücü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybars Ozanalp to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Yavuz Ongut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Haydar Tezkan. Yaylagücü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yavuz Ongut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Ali Haydar Tezkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlyas Cenap in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Ongut in the 78th minute of play forced Yaylagücü's goalkeeper Ali Haydar Tezkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Istanbul FK's İlyas Cenap nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Haydar Tezkan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. After a rather tough play, Yaylagücü's Aybars Ozanalp got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute, Şentürk Ergüder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Istanbul FK's İlyas Cenap sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ali Haydar Tezkan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Yaylagücü's goal looked a bit too open when İlyas Cenap came free, but Ali Haydar Tezkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Istanbul FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
