Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 13 minutes, Cafer Nadir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FENERBAHCE SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafer Nadir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cafer Nadir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Aktan Özdilek made a huge save. If Cafer Nadir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Can Şahinalp charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Can Şahinalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 23 minutes into the match, FENERBAHCE SK's goal looked a bit too open when Remzi Zağanos came free, but Andaç Palabıyık reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FENERBAHCE SK's Orhan Veli Yenisey got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alpay Ortaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aktan Özdilek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orhan Veli Yenisey in the 32nd minute of the match. Aktan Özdilek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orhan Veli Yenisey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remzi Zağanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After a rather tough play, Tarabya JK's Türker Devan got a free kick in the 39th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orhan Veli Yenisey to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FENERBAHCE SK's goalkeeper Andaç Palabıyık, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, FENERBAHCE SK's goal looked a bit too open when Remzi Zağanos came free, but Andaç Palabıyık reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FENERBAHCE SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Türker Devan hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes, FENERBAHCE SK's Can Şahinalp shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aktan Özdilek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FENERBAHCE SK reached it. Türker Devan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When Cafer Nadir came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the FENERBAHCE SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cafer Nadir couldn't finish the play. During the 77th minute of the match İlbey Dilazad completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave İlbey Dilazad a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. İlbey Dilazad kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Nafiz Akbudun, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. After some careless play in the Tarabya JK defense, Cafer Nadir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aktan Özdilek. The Tarabya JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aktan Özdilek should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Tarabya JK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Fuat Settar hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Can Şahinalp made a precise shot to the right of Aktan Özdilek. Tarabya JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Cafer Nadir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Aktan Özdilek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cafer Nadir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktan Özdilek having to interfere.
