Okan Öksüzoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murathan Orgun, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Orhun Balcan sped through Siirt SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Okan Öksüzoğlu. If Orhun Balcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orhun Balcan in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Okan Öksüzoğlu saved Siirt SK from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orhun Balcan was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Beşiktaş Edirne booed when Siirt SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kandemir Gümüşsoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Okan Öksüzoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Lumb in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Siirt SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çakır Zikri to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Erim Eygül hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Okan Öksüzoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orhun Balcan in the 78th minute. Robert Lumb received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Okan Öksüzoğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Lumb slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 79th minute. Garip Akyazıcı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Uludağ in the 82nd minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beşiktaş Edirne's goalkeeper Garip Akyazıcı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Atabey Uğursan notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Beşiktaş Edirne's Garip Akyazıcı. Garip Akyazıcı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
