If Mustafa Namık Talut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hikmet Senih didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After some careless play in the Ulupelit Spor Klübü defense, Özer Uluerkan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Haydar Adıgüzel. The Ulupelit Spor Klübü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Haydar Adıgüzel should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustafa Namık Talut made a kick off. Hikmet Senih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Namık Talut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mesut Güleryüz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hikmet Senih having to interfere. Abdulkadir Uluçam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hikmet Senih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mesut Güleryüz in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Abdulkadir Uluçam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hikmet Senih was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After having played for 67 minutes, Erkan Askeroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anka Spor Kulübü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erkan Askeroğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Yahya İmruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özer Uluerkan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Ali Haydar Adıgüzel made a huge save. With a little luck, Ulupelit Spor Klübü's Ali Haydar Adıgüzel got control of the ball when Özer Uluerkan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abdulkadir Uluçam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hikmet Senih having to interfere. In the 78thth minute of the game Mustafa Namık Talut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anka Spor Kulübü's Hikmet Senih was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdulkadir Uluçam took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hikmet Senih. Hikmet Senih dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Erkan Askeroğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Haydar Adıgüzel having to interfere. Mesut Güleryüz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Hikmet Senih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anka Spor Kulübü's Hikmet Senih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mesut Güleryüz in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mesut Güleryüz in the 95th minute of play forced Anka Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Hikmet Senih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
