Barış Yetişen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Saip Başat made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yüce Yağızkan during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Senkaya SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yüce Yağızkan to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Gördes's Necip Acunalp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emre Demiralp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saip Başat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şadi Toktaş in the 25th minute of the match. Şadi Toktaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Saip Başat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Abdurrahman Perkel fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gördes's protests and gave Abdurrahman Perkel a yellow card for diving instead. Saip Başat came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Senkaya SK's Barış Yetişen. But to his dismay, Barış Yetişen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Şadi Toktaş struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Saip Başat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Senkaya SK. A collision led to Gördes getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Doğukan Özbala hit a great ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Şadi Toktaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Senkaya SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şadi Toktaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Sabahattin Tokyay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Senkaya SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gördes the free kick. After 47 played minutes Senkaya SK got a freekick which was hit by Sabahattin Tokyay. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Necip Acunalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gördes's supporters rose to their feet, but Necip Acunalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emre Demiralp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şadi Toktaş to strike the kick off in the second half. After 63 minutes, Hulusi Yaves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gördes and the Senkaya SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gördes getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Hulusi Yaves hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doğukan Özbala during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Gördes got a freekick which was hit by Doğukan Özbala. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barış Yetişen in the 68th minute of play forced Gördes's goalkeeper Saip Başat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gördes's zone, Barış Yetişen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saip Başat came out of the goal and Barış Yetişen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barış Yetişen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saip Başat having to interfere. The supporters of Gördes booed when Senkaya SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yüce Yağızkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hasret Timurhan shot from long distance in the 79th minute, but Emre Demiralp was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. 81 minutes into the game, Barış Yetişen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Saip Başat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saip Başat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şadi Toktaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gördes's zone, Şadi Toktaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saip Başat came out of the goal and Şadi Toktaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Şadi Toktaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barış Yetişen couldn't finish the play. Gördes's Saip Başat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şadi Toktaş in the 96th minute of play. Senkaya SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
