Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sancar Dilazad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Temel Zati having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, Kınıkspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melih Cevdet Evirgen to maneuver through the defense. After 10 minutes, Süleyman Siraceddin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maraş İdman Yurdu and the Kınıkspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Süleyman Siraceddin kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Ahmet Davut Türker charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Davut Türker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Maraş İdman Yurdu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Davut Türker to maneuver through the defense. Temel Zati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Davut Türker in the 20th minute of the match. Ahmet Davut Türker had several of the Kınıkspor's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Temel Zati as he didn't even see the shot coming. Temel Zati had great luck who in the 24thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ahmet Davut Türker from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Thanks to some nice moves Sancar Dilazad could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Temel Zati however easily saved by the left post. In the 31st minute, Melih Cevdet Evirgen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Başaran Sadri was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Maraş İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Yıldıray Eriş hit a great ball. Sancar Dilazad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Kınıkspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Davut Türker came free, but Temel Zati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sancar Dilazad took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Temel Zati. Temel Zati dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Temel Zati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Davut Türker, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Davut Türker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Temel Zati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Davut Türker in the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Davut Türker in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Temel Zati saved Kınıkspor from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Davut Türker in the 59th minute of play forced Kınıkspor's goalkeeper Temel Zati to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sancar Dilazad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Kınıkspor got a freekick which was hit by Ali Vedat Sefa. Temel Zati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sancar Dilazad in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute Sancar Dilazad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Temel Zati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Kınıkspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enginalp Eröz to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes, Maraş İdman Yurdu's Gürsel Yerlikaya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Temel Zati came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maraş İdman Yurdu reached it. 84 minutes into the match, Maraş İdman Yurdu's Sancar Dilazad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Temel Zati narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 85thth minute of the game Sancar Dilazad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kınıkspor's Temel Zati was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th minute, Sancar Dilazad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Maraş İdman Yurdu booed when Kınıkspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Vedat Sefa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Temel Zati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sancar Dilazad, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ahmet Davut Türker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kınıkspor's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
