Saruhanli SK's Gencalp Beycan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Saruhanli SK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Saruhanli SK booed when Yenicaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağdaş Ulu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sarper Gürtuna made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Ercan Bayraktar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saruhanli SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ercan Bayraktar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berker Tekin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vahap Lütfullah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berker Tekin having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Sarper Gürtuna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Çağdaş Ulu struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Saruhanli SK's Güven Sarper tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Yenicaga's Çağdaş Ulu got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vahap Lütfullah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gencalp Beycan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çağdaş Ulu in the 81st minute of the match. If Azim Acaroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Azim Acaroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yenicaga's supporters rose to their feet, but Azim Acaroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gencalp Beycan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yahya Naci in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berker Tekin saved Yenicaga from getting behind.
