Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cengizhan Rahim started the match with the kick off. Aybar Cansefa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yaser Hünkar in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Derya Orcan saved Batman from getting behind. After having played for 20 minutes, Cengizhan Rahim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Batman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cengizhan Rahim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzhan Sadreddin in the 21st minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Nuri Saru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fenerbahçe booed when Batman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Bilge Muammer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Yaser Hünkar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cengizhan Rahim in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuri Saru saved Fenerbahçe from getting behind. 47 minutes into the match, Batman's goalkeeper Derya Orcan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yaser Hünkar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yaser Hünkar made a kick off. Tarkan Fırıncı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Nuri Saru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarkan Fırıncı kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Nuri Saru made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Oğuzhan Sadreddin sent off a good shot on target. Oğuzhan Sadreddin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cengizhan Rahim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuri Saru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Batman's Derya Orcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaser Hünkar in the 65th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Nuri Saru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oğuzhan Sadreddin. With a little luck, Fenerbahçe's Nuri Saru got control of the ball when Oğuzhan Sadreddin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Batman's goal looked a bit too open when Yaser Hünkar came free, but Derya Orcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuri Saru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuzhan Sadreddin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yaser Hünkar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuri Saru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cengizhan Rahim in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Talat Timurtas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenerbahçe's supporters rose to their feet, but Talat Timurtas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Derya Orcan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
