Kalecik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hadi Uğurel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A hard shot 12 in the game by Macit Kantürk from a close distance when the talented Bilge Kaplan managed to make a qualified save. Kalecik's players were relieved. Necmi Nesefi hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the game, İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bilge Kaplan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Öztürk Malkoçoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24thth minute of the game Macit Kantürk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalecik's Bilge Kaplan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bilge Kaplan came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu. But to his dismay, Öztürk Malkoçoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 30 minutes of play, İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bilge Kaplan was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Öztürk Malkoçoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hadi Uğurel got free with Bilge Kaplan in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Macit Kantürk made a kick off. Bilge Kaplan came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu. But to his dismay, Öztürk Malkoçoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Öztürk Malkoçoğlu took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bilge Kaplan. Bilge Kaplan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Öztürk Malkoçoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Öztürk Malkoçoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Bilge Kaplan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinu Banu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bilge Kaplan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Öztürk Malkoçoğlu in the 74th minute of play. Bilge Kaplan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osman Ali Şahistan, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Macit Kantürk in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bilge Kaplan saved Kalecik from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Öztürk Malkoçoğlu in the 76th minute of play forced Kalecik's goalkeeper Bilge Kaplan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Macit Kantürk notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Kalecik's Bilge Kaplan. Bilge Kaplan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the game, İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bilge Kaplan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Bilge Kaplan came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by İZMİRSPOR's Macit Kantürk. But to his dismay, Macit Kantürk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. İZMİRSPOR had played much better football throughout.
