Spectators: 7047 (Terracing: 5386, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 10) Oğuzalp Şanalp started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Eleskirt's zone, Özcan Yetişbey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiz Korur came out of the goal and Özcan Yetişbey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Ramiz Korur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Erkin Akbuğ kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Oğuzalp Şanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute Uluç Adıgüzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedirhan Gökalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiz Korur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Gaffar Eslem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Esat Akboy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uluç Adıgüzel in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bedirhan Gökalp saved Şimşekler Y.ç from getting behind. Ramiz Korur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Gaffar Eslem in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Eleskirt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aktan Tenzil to maneuver through the defense. If Arif Gaffar Eslem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arif Gaffar Eslem stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oğuz Baykutay hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Şimşekler Y.ç's zone, Uluç Adıgüzel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedirhan Gökalp came out of the goal and Uluç Adıgüzel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uluç Adıgüzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Bedirhan Gökalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uluç Adıgüzel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bedirhan Gökalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After 67 minutes, Ömer Tekiner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Şimşekler Y.ç and the Eleskirt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uluç Adıgüzel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Bedirhan Gökalp made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oğuzalp Şanalp in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bedirhan Gökalp saved Şimşekler Y.ç from getting behind. Uluç Adıgüzel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Bedirhan Gökalp made a huge save. Oğuzalp Şanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Özcan Yetişbey hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Uluç Adıgüzel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eleskirt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uluç Adıgüzel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Hazım Sarısaltuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Şimşekler Y.ç's supporters rose to their feet, but Hazım Sarısaltuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiz Korur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Eleskirt supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Eleskirt would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
