In the 25th match minute, Konyaalti JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Arif Yakup to maneuver through the defense. Refik Halit Cenker scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Musa Başok, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Göksun Genç came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Persembe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göksun Genç couldn't finish the play. Göksun Genç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Musa Başok tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Musa Başok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refik Halit Cenker, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 40 played minutes Konyaalti JK got a freekick which was hit by Fazıl Birdal. Efekan Türker shot from long distance in the 41st minute, but Musa Başok was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 43rd minute Abdi Saygın Altınpınar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orhan Seyfi Yankı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Persembe's goal looked a bit too open when Cihat Toregün came free, but Orhan Seyfi Yankı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Refik Halit Cenker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. No goal. The Persembe fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Persembe's Efekan Türker looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 minutes, Umut Sarıoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Konyaalti JK and the Persembe players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Konyaalti JK! The referee gave Persembe a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Efekan Türker, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Konyaalti JK's Musa Başok. 3-0. Orhan Seyfi Yankı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Saygın Altınpınar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göksun Genç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abdi Saygın Altınpınar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Refik Halit Cenker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Musa Başok was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Göksun Genç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 minutes of play, Persembe's Refik Halit Cenker made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Musa Başok was left in no man's land by his defense there! Refik Halit Cenker scored 6-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Musa Başok, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yusuf Bahadır Hıfzullah hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Persembe fully deserved thier win.
