Taner Hurmacı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Özvatan. Yağızalp İrgun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taner Hurmacı having to interfere. Karahan İnceman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Taner Hurmacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enes Erduran in the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Fatih JK getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Turgut Sayılgan hit a great ball. In the 47th minute Karahan İnceman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Binali Adısönmez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Yağızalp İrgun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Taner Hurmacı made a huge save. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fatih JK's goalkeeper Taner Hurmacı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enes Erduran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Özvatan eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
