Cennet's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Yüce Mehmet scored to the left of an out of position Alper Özilhan, making the score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ergin Tatu during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cennet's Ergin Tatu got a free kick in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Aytuğ Orkutay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alper Özilhan. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. Gencer Bucak kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Rüştü Rafettin kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Yüce Mehmet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alper Özilhan having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Cennet's goalkeeper Alper Özilhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celalettin Koca. In the 45th minute, Hüsnü Albay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uzunköprü Beşiktaş fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atıf Ongunsu made a kick off. Cennet's Alper Özilhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yüce Mehmet in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Yüce Mehmet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0.
