The supporters of Yumurtalik SK booed when Dokuma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erkan Elhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Sergen Acarbey in the 18th minute really tested Ertuğrul Tecik's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Hasan Can Yanal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafet Baysoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasan Can Yanal, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Baybora Esir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Dokuma were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hasan Can Yanal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baybora Esir in the 53rd minute of play forced Dokuma's goalkeeper Ertuğrul Tecik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
