Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hamdullah Dadaloğlu's late challenge caught a Eskil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hamdullah Dadaloğlu helped the player get up and apologised. After 5 played minutes Yesilyurt got a freekick which was hit by Hamdullah Dadaloğlu. A collision led to Yesilyurt getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Hamdullah Dadaloğlu hit a great ball. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Yesilyurt's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nedim Cansoy was slow to take the kick. During this time Eskil's players had a chance to rest. When Orbay Adsoy came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Eskil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orbay Adsoy couldn't finish the play. When Atakan Uluöz fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yesilyurt's protests and gave Atakan Uluöz a yellow card for diving instead. Atakan Uluöz hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Mehmet Hamdi Kayrahan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Baskın İnan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Hamdi Kayrahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baskın İnan having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Yesilyurt got a freekick which was hit by İzzettin Metin. If Kürşat Türcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamdullah Dadaloğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Yesilyurt's Baskın İnan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orbay Adsoy in the 35th minute of play. Baskın İnan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orbay Adsoy in the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orbay Adsoy to make the kick off. Atakan Uluöz got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Yesilyurt's Atakan Uluöz got a free kick in the 60th minute. If Orbay Adsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Yesilyurt's zone, Orbay Adsoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baskın İnan came out of the goal and Orbay Adsoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hayrettin Tükelalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Hamdi Kayrahan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baskın İnan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Ahmet Efe Taner hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Yavuz Selimhan Durusoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayrettin Tükelalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orbay Adsoy was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Eskil's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 87th minute, Mehmet Hamdi Kayrahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mehmet Hamdi Kayrahan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Baskın İnan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eskil's goalkeeper Yavuz Selimhan Durusoy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
