Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Cerkes FK's Sinan Ziverbey got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Vecdet Usbey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferit Şinasi. Kekova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vecdet Usbey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Muhammet Rezan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Üzeyir Arıkhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kekova's goalkeeper Ferit Şinasi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ferit Şinasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Müslüm Halıcı in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Kekova booed when Cerkes FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Baki Vafi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Üzeyir Arıkhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cevher Atılay in the 22nd minute. After 24 played minutes Kekova got a freekick which was hit by Serter Makul. 31 minutes into the match, Cerkes FK's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammet Rezan came free, but Üzeyir Arıkhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Cerkes FK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Baki Vafi. In the 38thth minute of the game Muhammet Rezan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerkes FK's Üzeyir Arıkhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Cerkes FK's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammet Rezan came free, but Üzeyir Arıkhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cevher Atılay came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Kekova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cevher Atılay couldn't finish the play. Üzeyir Arıkhan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rasim Ozansoy. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vecdet Usbey made a kick off. A collision led to Cerkes FK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Müslüm Halıcı hit a great ball. If Muhammet Rezan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Üzeyir Arıkhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhammet Rezan in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Kekova's Ferit Şinasi got control of the ball when Müslüm Halıcı tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Cerkes FK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Sinan Ziverbey hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Cevher Atılay notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cerkes FK's Üzeyir Arıkhan. Üzeyir Arıkhan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Andaç Radi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vecdet Usbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ferit Şinasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Üzeyir Arıkhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhammet Rezan in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, Kekova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muhammet Rezan to maneuver through the defense. Muhammet Rezan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cerkes FK's zone, Muhammet Rezan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Üzeyir Arıkhan came out of the goal and Muhammet Rezan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kekova had played much better football throughout.
