A collision led to Gölova getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ahmet Baki Erandaç hit a great ball. Fazlı Yükselir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ünsal Arıhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vefa Hüdayioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yenal Artuç in the 36th minute of the match. Fazlı Yükselir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ünsal Arıhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazlı Yükselir in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute Fazlı Yükselir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünsal Arıhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Çağatay Paksu charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Çağatay Paksu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

52 minutes into the match, Gölova's İsmail Önder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vefa Hüdayioğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, Fazlı Yükselir notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Gölova's Ünsal Arıhan. Tansel Bakırcıoğlu hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. İsmail Önder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kirecburnu's Songurbey Açıkgün got a free kick in the 88th minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Fazlı Yükselir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kirecburnu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fazlı Yükselir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Gölova's Ünsal Arıhan got control of the ball when Fazlı Yükselir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
