Serdar Unat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kuzguncuk FK's Ersin Kadrihan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Kuzguncuk FK from getting a goal against them. Hasan Hüseyin Heper hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Baran Gökyüzü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serdar Unat having to interfere. İldeniz Gündüz charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İldeniz Gündüz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, İldeniz Gündüz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Hayri Sanay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kuzguncuk FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hayri Sanay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. When Besim Ispartalı was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. A collision led to Salzonma getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Besim Ispartalı hit a great ball. Serdar Unat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hayri Sanay's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ziya Onur Kavaş got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ersin Kadrihan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Salzonma's Serdar Unat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baran Gökyüzü in the 33rd minute of play. In the 39th minute, Hasan Hüseyin Heper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muharrem Özkutlu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Serdar Unat. Salzonma's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 43rd minute Baran Gökyüzü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serdar Unat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hayri Sanay in the 45th minute of play forced Salzonma's goalkeeper Serdar Unat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sabit Korucu came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Salzonma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabit Korucu couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hilmi Usal was the one to do the kick off. Serdar Unat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayri Sanay in the 57th minute of the match. Hilmi Usal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ersin Kadrihan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baran Gökyüzü struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Serdar Unat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kuzguncuk FK. After 67 minutes, Yenal Akyel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salzonma and the Kuzguncuk FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Serdar Unat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayri Sanay, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Ekber Arpacı hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the game, one of Kuzguncuk FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ersin Kadrihan went to the wrong direction when Ziya Onur Kavaş was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kuzguncuk FK's goalkeeper Ersin Kadrihan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ekber Arpacı kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Hilmi Usal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baran Gökyüzü got free with Serdar Unat in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
