The audience was convinced that Hulusi Müslim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Battal Katib was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Battal Katib stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hulusi Müslim's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Hulusi Müslim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catak's Battal Katib was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute, Oğuzer Kolçak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Durmuş Özyurt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Catak's supporters rose to their feet, but Durmuş Özyurt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mümtaz Laçin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Catak's goalkeeper Battal Katib had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hulusi Müslim. 75 minutes into the game, Zikri Yavuzer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Battal Katib. Samir Canfeda might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Battal Katib. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
