Arif Cengiz Aşkın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arif Cengiz Aşkın got free with Baykam Ziver in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baykam Ziver made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristoforo Coccolone in the 23rd minute. Emir Andaç charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emir Andaç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saip Çavas kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Arif Cengiz Aşkın came free in the 27th minute and tried to tip the ball over Baykam Ziver, but to the joy of Víkingur Gøta's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Arif Cengiz Aşkın sent off a fantastic shot from long distance in the 27th minute of the match, a shot that made Baykam Ziver throw himself in all his length to reach the ball for the save just at the upper right corner. Baykam Ziver was completely defenseless when Arif Cengiz Aşkın shot a long shot which deflected off the right pole and into the goal in the game's 27th minute, 1-0. Víkingur Gøta's Baykam Ziver proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Víkingur Gøta from getting a goal against them. Mesudiye SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arif Cengiz Aşkın in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Arif Cengiz Aşkın got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baykam Ziver quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 38 minutes into the match, Víkingur Gøta's goalkeeper Baykam Ziver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arif Cengiz Aşkın. Arif Cengiz Aşkın had several of the Víkingur Gøta's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Baykam Ziver as he didn't even see the shot coming. Baykam Ziver was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristoforo Coccolone showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 47 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adnan Semim to make the kick off. Víkingur Gøta's Baykam Ziver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Cengiz Aşkın in the 53rd minute of play. Cristoforo Coccolone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baykam Ziver read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Şevket Perviz struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Baykam Ziver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mesudiye SK. After a rather tough play, Mesudiye SK's Luís Ramos got a free kick in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Ramos during the 61st minute. With a little luck, Mesudiye SK's Mazhar Doğanlar got control of the ball when Hafız Kurceren tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Mesudiye SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
