In the 16th minute of the match Ahmet Efe Ulubay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Güven Timur skillfully saved the ball. Güven Timur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Recep Talha Devlet, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The Arhavi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Acun Uğursan should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Abdi İlmen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Acun Uğursan was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 35th minute Recep Talha Devlet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güven Timur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdi İlmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acun Uğursan having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdi İlmen made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Arhavi got a freekick which was hit by Gencay Raif. In the 55th minute of the match Berke Oyanalp sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Acun Uğursan skillfully saved the ball. If Olgun Erkılınç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mümtaz Muharrem kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Unkapani's Güven Timur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Unkapani from getting a goal against them.
