In the 5th minute Sertaç Savtur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibet Özkutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Agah Çırakoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sertaç Savtur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibet Özkutay having to interfere. Onuralp İlbeyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tibet Özkutay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sertaç Savtur, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Agili SK's goal looked a bit too open when Onuralp İlbeyi came free, but Tibet Özkutay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Agili SK defense, Sertaç Savtur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tibet Özkutay. The Agili SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tibet Özkutay should have stopped the shot. After having played for 26 minutes, Erbatur Serhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agili SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erbatur Serhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Müslüm Tokkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agah Çırakoğlu in the 27th minute of play. Songurhan İlsev's late challenge caught a Agili SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Songurhan İlsev helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Agili SK booed when ZONGULDAK MERKEZSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Songurhan İlsev didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Agah Çırakoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agili SK's goalkeeper Tibet Özkutay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Agili SK! Agili SK's Tibet Özkutay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sertaç Savtur in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agah Çırakoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Agili SK's Enes Öğüç got a free kick in the 55th minute. Onuralp İlbeyis short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Tibet Özkutay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 57th match minute, Agili SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paşa Ali Şahbaz to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Agili SK's goalkeeper Tibet Özkutay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Onuralp İlbeyi. Tibet Özkutay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sertaç Savtur in the 59th minute of play. Sertaç Savtur struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Tibet Özkutay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZONGULDAK MERKEZSPOR. Onuralp İlbeyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Onuralp İlbeyi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Agili SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! In the 76th minute, Sertaç Savtur made a precise shot to the right of Tibet Özkutay. Agili SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Semih Cebel's late challenge caught a Agili SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as ZONGULDAK MERKEZSPOR's Semih Cebel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tibet Özkutay. That made the score 0-4 after 90 minutes of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agili SK's goalkeeper Tibet Özkutay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tibet Özkutay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sertaç Savtur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
