Gündüz İlkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sinan Sargan having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Kaptan FC's goalkeeper Sinan Sargan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gündüz İlkin. Sinan Sargan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Nasir Baykutay's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Sinan Sargan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gündüz İlkin went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Kadim Kadirsah hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Yigilca's Ahmet Nasir Baykutay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sinan Sargan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ahmet Nasir Baykutay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gündüz İlkin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Cengiz Özerkin during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kaptan FC's Ali Cengiz Özerkin got a free kick in the 31st minute. Kaptan FC's Sinan Sargan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Kaptan FC from getting a goal against them. Gündüz İlkin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Sinan Sargan made a huge save. In the 35th minute of the match, Ahmet Nasir Baykutay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sinan Sargan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Gündüz İlkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gündüz İlkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sinan Sargan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nasir Baykutay in the 45th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Nasir Baykutay made a kick off. Ali Cengiz Özerkin was shown his second yellow card after 56 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Kaptan FC's Sinan Sargan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gündüz İlkin in the 59th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Yigilca's Gündüz İlkin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sinan Sargan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Yigilca's Gündüz İlkin got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Samir Umay fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yigilca's protests and gave Samir Umay a yellow card for diving instead. Sinan Sargan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Kaptan FC's zone, Ahmet Nasir Baykutay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sinan Sargan came out of the goal and Ahmet Nasir Baykutay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kaptan FC's Atilla Tarkan Usluer got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Gündüz İlkin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yigilca's supporters rose to their feet, but Gündüz İlkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sinan Sargan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Yigilca players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
